ACCOUNTING

Accounting is one of the first economic disciplines who have served the people. Long time ago, with the emergence of the notion of domestic economy, the idea of ​​accounting as a discipline that allows the human to take a clear decisions in activities, resources, money, etc has increased.

The use of accounting is needed in our lives to manage in the best way possible our money, using it at work or family business with the help of an accountant who also has more knowledge about tax procedures, payment of taxes and especially the elaboration of balance sheets and budgets that help to know where to invest and how to control the profits. In many ways, the task of accounting is being very specific and it is very important to hire professionals who know what they do to avoid mistakes in the near future.

Also in many companies, large or small, the application of accounting for proper financial management is needed, making sure if you can make an investment, a comprehensive control of debts and tax payments and keeping everything under control, in order and legalized. This is controlled both internally and externally through audits and controls that aim to ensure that institutions do not make mistakes or perform illegal acts in the use of resources or money.

Why accounting is important for humans?

The usefulness of accounting is to obtain a useful information to apply in a subsequent economic decision, as well as being able to obtain control of the preivous management to plan the funds we have for next year (what is known as budget) to make investments and to estimate a future balance. In this sense, any company or institution must have resources to a team of accountants who are responsible for this task and can work even in conjunction to follow direction or warning of possible complications before taking decisions that may be risky.

•        Define politics: An accountant is the best person to achieve different goals and to decide within different options.

•               Having a plan: Having a plan is important in order to be very effective at work.

•            Elaborating a budget: This is one of the most important situations for the accountant, he/she has to make this and take notes of the income and expenses of the business.

•           Having a Budget: The budget is the principal chart where an accountant can see and analize pros and cons.

•       Define deadline: An accountant decides when he/she needs to close the bank accounts. This usually happens at the end of the year.

•       Having excellent coworkers: An accountant must be sorrounded with good colleagues in order to help the business to improve. 

•     Distributing chances: The account has to distribute different kinds of work for every person at the firm. This is his/her function.
